We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Gift cards or personalized/custom-made items.

Damaged or used items that do not meet our return criteria.
